mmm11 Terms & Conditions

1.1 — Acceptance of Service

By accessing the mmm11 platform, opening an account, or playing any game, the player confirms that they have read and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not continue using the platform.

mmm11 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect from the moment they are published on the website. Players are responsible for checking this page regularly.

1.2 — Age Restriction

mmm11 services are available to adults aged 21 and over only. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to open an account, play games, or make deposits. If an account is found to have been opened using false age information, it will be closed immediately and any funds in the account will be handled accordingly.

Availability of the service depends on the laws of the player's country or region of residence. 2.1 — Account Opening and Registration

Each player may only open one personal account at mmm11. If the personal details provided are found to be incorrect, the account may be suspended. Players have the following responsibilities—

• Personal details must be filled in accurately.
• The password used to log in to the account must be kept secure.
• The player is responsible for all actions carried out through their account.
• The account must not be rented, sold, or transferred to anyone else.

2.2 — Duplicate Accounts are Prohibited

If a single player is found to have opened two or more accounts at the same time, mmm11 will immediately close the duplicate accounts and reserves the right to void any bonuses and winnings from those accounts.

2.3 — Account Suspension

mmm11 may suspend an account without prior notice if any of the following occur—

• A breach of these terms and conditions is found
• Money laundering or fraudulent payment activity is detected
• The game system is found to be accessed using automated software (bots)
• Bonuses are found to have been claimed through dishonest means
• A complaint is received involving threats against a staff member, investigative authority, or through use of violence

3.1 — Deposit Methods

Players can make deposits at mmm11 through the following accepted methods—

• KBZPay — Direct deposit via bank transfer system
• Wave Money — Deposit via the Wave network
• AYA Pay — AYA Bank digital payment

The minimum deposit amount per transaction is 3,000 Ks. Deposits below this amount will be automatically rejected by the system.

3.2 — Withdrawal Rules

Each withdrawal must be a minimum of 20,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Times are calculated in Myanmar Standard Time (MMT).

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used to deposit.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the player's own account. Funds cannot be paid out to a friend, family member, or any other party.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily put on hold while a fraud investigation is in progress.

3.3 — Financial Security

Player fund transfers are protected with SSL encryption. If a player attempts to fund their account using money from an illegitimate lender or a third-party source, those funds will be reviewed and refused if necessary.

4.1 — First Deposit 200% Bonus

mmm11 offers a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks. The wagering requirement to withdraw bonus funds is 15 times the bonus amount.

4.2 — Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn as cash for any reason — withdrawal is only permitted once the wagering requirement has been met.
• Each promotion may have its own wagering requirement, time limit, and game restrictions — read them carefully before taking part in any promotion.
• Each player may claim a promotion only once — opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus repeatedly is a violation.
• If mmm11 finds that a player is mainly targeting bonuses rather than playing genuinely, mmm11 reserves the right to cancel those bonuses.

4.3 — VIP Program and Cashback

mmm11's VIP program has four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum—

• Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 0.5% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 0.8% cashback per week
• Platinum — up to 1.0% cashback per week

VIP level upgrades are decided by mmm11 based on each player's regular activity, and the detailed policies related to this will be announced separately by the platform.

5.1 — Fair Play

Games on the mmm11 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair play. Players understand and accept that game results are not predictable at a glance, and that outcomes in games of chance are determined solely by the RNG.

5.2 — Prohibited Play Methods

The following play methods are strictly prohibited—

• Using software bots to play automatically
• Deliberately exploiting game glitches
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes unfairly
• Creating financial patterns targeting bonus promotions

5.3 — Game System Errors

mmm11 reserves the right to void incorrect game results caused by technical errors or software issues, as well as display errors showing bonus amounts that have not been officially announced. mmm11 is not obligated to pay out any gains a player received as a result of such errors.
